What is the return policy?
Products purchased through the webstore cannot be returned or refunded. Similarly, once a custom order has been completed and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded. Given the fragile nature of the ceramics, we do not accept any returns under any circumstances.
What if a piece arrives broken?
While the pieces are packed with utmost care, accidents are inevitable. Should a piece be found broken upon arrival, please send me a picture of it within 24 hours of its delivery and I will refund you for the broken piece. Any requests after that will not be entertained.
In case you wish to receive a replacement, I’d be happy to make it for you. The shipping in this case will have to be borne be you. Given the time consuming nature of the material, it might take a few weeks to make a new piece.
